    Isn’t it cheaper for me to buy fruits for the office at the closest fruit shop?
    Although fruits may occasionally be a little cheaper, we guarantee it definitely won’t be the same quality as ours. Our fruits go through numerous quality checks, both during the purchase and in the packing. With the fruits of inferior quality, it’s very likely that you will end up throwing some of them. Add to this the time needed for transport and choice of fruits, the cost of its delivery to the office and you will quickly realize that our all-inclusive service is the most cost effective solution.

    What does PauzaDeFructe deliver?
    PauzaDeFructe offers a variety of whole fruits, carefully selected and packed for companies. We support local orchards and, where available, we buy seasonal fruits directly from farmers, packing them safe in our boxes and delivering them on the very next day.

    How do you guarantee consistent premium quality fruits?
    Do not worry! We select manually and very carefully all the fruits, to ensure they are of superior quality and they taste great. If you ever are dissatisfied with the quality of fruits delivered, we will replace them at no cost. We want you to be delighted to every delivery of fresh fruits! We want to get your feedback, so we can constantly improve our own policies and procedures.

    What schedule should I choose?
    To the most of our customers we deliver fruits weekly, twice or three times a week, however we are happy to find together with you a delivery schedule that works best for the company and obviously within budget. Fresh fruits at the office is a part of a solid health programme in the workplace and employees appreciate this healthy benefit. Staff’s morale increases when fresh fruits arrive and therefore, receiving regular deliveries means that the colleagues’ morale is constantly stimulated.

    What is the deadline for order changes?
    We need at least two working days before the delivery date to ensure any changes. We want to ensure that you receive only the best seasonal fruits quality and this term allows us to prepare and deliver fruit more efficiently.

    Should I wash the fruits?
    We always recommend it. Whether organic or conventional, fruit is grown outside under the sun and stars. Because our fruits are fresh taken from the orchard, we suggest that you rinse it under cool running water before you enjoy it and don’t forget to wash your hands as well!

    Most of our customers pay by bank. After delivery of an order or several orders, the invoice will be sent to the company’s adress.
